St. Paul UMC offers a year-round Sunday School program for youth in grades 7-12 on Sunday mornings from 10:15 - 11:15 a.m. Adolescents take part in engaging small-group discussions as they explore what it means to be a follower of Christ in the 21st century. On Sunday evenings from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., there is S.P.Y. (St. Paul Youth) Fellowship, an opportunity for teens to get together and grow in their faith through Bible study, community service, and fellowship. Special events are planned throughout the year, such as the annual winter retreat, the 30 Hour Famine fundraiser for world hunger, and the summer mission trip. During the school year, the Wesley Ringers, a youth handbell choir, plays special music during worship services (rehearsals are Sundays from 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.).

Children
St. Paul UMC offers a year-round Sunday School program for children ages 3 – 6th grade. Sunday School is held Sunday mornings from 10:15 – 11:15 a.m. After a gathering time of songs and prayer in the fellowship hall, the children divide into groups by age level for their lessons (Preschool and Kindergarten, Grades 1-3, and Grades 4-6). Activities, crafts, stories, and games create a faith experience where kids come to a better understanding of God and what God calls them to do and be.
St. Paul UMC also offers numerous activities throughout the year for children and their families. In the spring, there is an Easter celebration with an egg hunt, crafts, and games. In the summer, there is Vacation Bible School, a week-long program where kids rotate through stations and explore key themes of their faith. Other annual events include a Valentine’s Day party, backpack blessings during worship, and a birthday party for Jesus in December. During the school year, the God’s Awesome Kids choir for elementary children performs on a monthly basis (rehearsals are Wednesdays from 4:30 5:15 p.m.).
